Refund Policy

A refund is a customer's request to receive the amount they have paid for a course.

No refunds are given for poor course quality, dissatisfaction, failure to meet your expectations, or poor teacher explanations.

No refunds are issued if the product has already been fully reviewed. We record your IP address, date of viewing, and the number of times you clicked on the "DOWNLOAD" button or lessons, which is necessary to ensure delivery and collect download data from the user.

Refunds will only be given to users who experience the following issues:

Reasons for Refund

  • The online platform is down for more than 48 hours.
  • The purchased course is damaged (negotiable).
  • The player is not working or is down (negotiable).
  • The course is incomplete (more than 90% of the material).
  • The customer has been charged an incorrect amount; the refund applies to the difference.

Requirements

  • To request a refund, you will be asked for the following information, which you can submit by email: support@360descargas.com
  • Order number used to purchase your product. (Found under MY ACCOUNT – ORDERS.)
  • Description of the item and/or order. Reason for requesting a refund.

Time

  • Estimated processing times for a Refund are within 12 hours.
  • Once the refund is processed, the same amount you paid will be added to your account.

Changes

If you wish to change to another course, the following exceptions apply to course changes.

  • If the purchased course is not complete and has been reported within the first 12 hours of receiving it, the customer agrees to wait for the course to be reviewed and repaired. Only if it cannot be repaired can the course be exchanged for any other course from the store.
